Rebooted the server and tried to add the user...

Rebooted the server and tried to add the user account back onto BES4.

I am still getting the same error.

the mailbox is in the same place as it was before...

the mailbox is in the same place as it was before and the user is working fine for email.

I have looked at th permissions and they look fine. All the other users are working ok on the same server...
