We do but this is due to using a legacy mail...
We do but this is due to using a legacy mail client against Exchange 2007. We always recommend to users to use their OWA to set their out of office until we upgrade them to use Outlook 2007.

Hot fix for MR#4 for v4.1.4
I've been on the phone with RIM for over the past 2 weeks now and they had to get the hot fix approved. They were supposed to have sent this to me last Thursday and I have heard nothing from them. ...
