Had the same problem

I had the same problem. I emailed Ascendo with the problem info and they sent me a link with a new build the same day that resolved the issue.

I originally loaded 6.0 over 5.0 and lost the sync option. I did not even have the OTA sync option at that point either. I uninstalled 6.0 and installed it fresh as well as reinstalling Ascendo...

Blackberry definitely left Ascendo scrambling by removing the feature. It will be interesting to see if Ascendo pursues a solution or simply leaves it at an OTA option.

I unfortunately can't even try OTA sync because there is no sync option on the phone side for some reason. I have a "reset after sync" option, but no plain old "sync" option. I had it and used it...

I have the same problem and have not figured out...

I have the same problem and have not figured out a resolution yet. Ascendo is investigating for me they say. I use Datavault heavily and I can't believe that RIM would disable this option.
