Blackberry's autolock is pretty damn useless when you use the BB media player as it totally cuts or crashes media player and you cannot resume from where you left off and the playlist is cleared.

The media player stops playing the audio when either cased or holstered. I don't play any video as I am ready blind as it is and can't see very well so its just audio. 8-)

It shouldn't be a problem if you have password protected your BB. T-MO can probably just deactivate the SIM card and then put the BB ID on a ban list.
