In the meantime I called Bell. They informed me that they wouldn't have put it on the phone, but that they didn't believe it was harmful anyways.

My daughter has a 9780. She put the OS7 Pink theme on her phone. Now her phone has added the "get more data" app. She has tried to delete it but to no avail it is still there. She deleted the theme...
