Just had to look again!

I DIDN'T use the 'Enterprise' option, merely adding my work (in addition to my personal) e-mail address. Both worked immediately.

Bear with me here!

It's an employer-supplied device but I'm pretty sure it's not connected to a BB server (it's on Orange if that helps?).

I manually added my work e-mail address i.e it wasn't...

Email addresses are not the issue here, just my phonebook.

Can one of you let me know the procedure to sync the 2 items and DISPLAY my phonebook entries onscreen...

We've all just been given 8520's at work and so far so good.

I've installed the Desktop Software - am I right in saying that it doesn't have the facility to view, add, delete & amend phonebook...
