I had the same issue with my 3rd Torch. The buttons aren't actual buttons on all Torches. Some have real buttons...some have the stupid sticker. I can't believe RIM actually ships phones...

Yes...I have noticed the same thing with threaded SMS. I have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the thread to see what the person said....

Pretty annoying, but will probably get fixed.
