I appreciate all the help people have tried to give, but PocketMac just won't work on my MacBook (running on Leopard). It's really getting to be a timesuck too- first uninstall, then download it...

This may sound like a royally stupid question from this newbie, but are you supposed to download PocketMac to your Mac or to your Blackberry? :-Q
