If your SRP indicates you have BES 5.0 you should be able to download that. Do you have TSupport?

No Sprint BB has a gigabit connection. The 8330 has an EVDO Rev 0 chipset. You might max your download speed at 1.5 MB at best.

Do you have the Phone as a Modem option on your plan?

My BB is password protected and the Bridge unlocks without any issue. Due you have the latest Bridge software on your device? Delete the pairing and set it up again.

Your WiFi connection is much faster than the AT&T 3G connection. Has nothing to do with the PB or Bridge.

Similar to AnthroMatt I think the Style is a great phone. I like the fact it is a clam shell. It is easier to carry in a pocket and the device works great.

If you purchased the original device from a corporate owned Spritn store find the nearest corporate owned store and go there. The policies are the same across all th stores.

Incorrect. iDEN is used for all the connectivity on that device. A "Sprint" BlackBerry is on the CDMA network an much faster.
