This is my second one already. I got it yesterday and the 'y' was failing to respond when I pressed it. I only owned it for an hour and it went tits up! I am taking it back tomorrow and exchanging it...

Anyone had similar issues of restarting, freezing and general failure of response from their BlackBerry 8520? I'm not liking this phone and I'm just trying to establish if I've made the wrong...
