there is proab only 1 or 2 techs at godaddy that are even aware of the back end configuration , and they proab are no where close to the PHONES!

obviously i needed to have cleaned up some.
there was mail in the bulk mail folder all the way back to Feb.

1. i went to bis portal and removed my godaddy account (it removed it from bb instantly)
2. went to godaddy and looked for email account - it showed a status of SETUP...

my bis has been setup with godaddy for months...
