Blackberry ID
my Blackberry ID does not work. I get the email address and password in but it tells me that I have to put the 'original ID'
This phone is brand new and had no previous ID? what to do? help

I just checked the text set-up of my old 9700 and there is an option: Days to keep messages: and it says: FOREVER.
in my 9900 I can't find this option

BB 9900 touch sms problem
I've changed to BB9900 touch and since then my sms seem to disappear. They stay in the memory for about a month. I've never had that issue with my 9700.

I've changed to BB9900 touch and now keep on losing my sms. They seem to stay in the phone for about a month only. I checked all set-up: seems all ok, maximum validity.

the email icon is gone from my 9700
the icon for emails just disappeared this morning. Emails are coming into message box, but I can't get the normal inbox for my email. How do I get the icon back? pls help
