So does the BES server even need a static mapped address or just port 3101 open on the firewall. It sounds like it doesn't need a static mapped address.

We will be changing ISP's in the next week, consequently the static IP I have mapped to my BES will change. Do I need to contact RIM with the updated address? Is there a document discussing this...
