Tried it and no success... I am thinking it's a radio hardware issue.

I'm going to call Nextel/Blackberry whenever they get in this morning, 9EST.

I'll try using a USB port off the board... I was using one of the two on the front... it is USB 2.0 and I thought Dell had washed...

I used the JL_Cmder program to wipe a BB handheld we've been having problems with.

I try to now reload both the latest OS and the previous OS from BB/Nextel's site and I keep getting the following...
