When device is setup in portal administration gives you password to active enterprise on phone. PlayBook you don't have to do anything. It just works. You will have to delete and re add email on...

You have to set up your BlackBerry devices from the administration portal.
This is done in the office 365 administrator portal I use it for my 4 pc,one 9930 and a playbook and it works like a swiss...

My 9930 out performs my 9650 by 6 hours so I'm more than happy with my 9930 battery life.
