Thanks for your further message Blackberry support thought it was something to do with yahoo suggested delete email account and reinstall. I was reluctant to lose my emails but did this on one...

Not receiving any emails on phone only on laptop request appeared genuine currently liasing with Blackberry technical team cost me $35 the still sorting have rang me back 3 times already.

I have in the early hours received identical emails on my phone to say Blackberry cannot access my accounts and to validate by verifying the password. I have attempted to do this but keeps saying...
