Yes, pulling the battery will definitly reset the BB. If you want to actually wipe it out and start fresh go to Options->Security Options->General Settings-> Click trackwheel -> Wipe Handheld

When we move people over we just re-do a wireless enterprise activation on them. Just remove Desktop manager. If they still want/need DM, re-install it and check the using BES option during setup.

Yes, you can pair AND sync with bluetooth to the desktop manager, but not running TELSTRA 4.1. Its a bug or maybe disabled. Going back to the newest version of Verizon I now have the function.
