I have it sorted.... you need a good mobile signal as well as wifi - living out in the middle of nowhere the signal is sorted.....phew.....

Have just spoken to carrier and sim is fine. Tried several wifi networks and all ok. They say handset faulty :(

tried several wifi - all OK. Does have (2032) after message????????

Tried the above - BBlink says set up using device first. It asks what country, language etc, sets up wifi OK. Then checks for software updates when I get the " cannot connect to update server"...

Tried connecting to pc but it just says I have to update vie the device first.:-(
