Yes i was having that problem on my Verizon tour when I upgraded to OS 5.0, at one point. A battery pull corrected the problem. also it is helpful if you post your OS Version and carrier

The bluetooth service running itself, uses minimal battery. when you have a device accessing bluetooth, it does use more battery. In my case I only use bluetooth while driving, so not an issue.
