God no... I have both and the Dash is sitting in its box. It has a slow and buggy UI not to mention the battery life. I even tried the BB connect available for it. It only syncs email and calendar...

I don't believe there is a way to sync calendar data or contacts wirelessly thru BIS, just email. I was never able to make it work using BIS until I was put on the company BES.
