It does adjust it to MT + 5.5 but MS outlook...

It does adjust it to MT + 5.5 but MS outlook seems to get confuse with the different Zone settings.

How long does a upgrade take on a BB 7290. If anything goes wrong with the BB 7290 upgrading from 4.0 to 4.1, can I do reverse (a downgrade) to get back to what it was.
