No need to do any thing. Because BB required "BB services", so your BES will work normally just enable BB services by your provider.

- Exchange server version and SP? : MS Exchange 2010 SP3
- MAPI/CDO version : 6.5.8244.0
- Is the issue happening for all users? Yes around 900...
