can you tell me how you got your's loaded cause it says it's a jad file and the loader app. wouldn't let me load it?

I tryed but nextel is down and no tech support....

I tryed but nextel is down and no tech support. their closed on sunday!! pay so much should be open???? sales rep told me earlier today.
