You could always use a device unlocking service.

No worries, it can be frustrating when things do not work as intended.

You ordered the device directly from BlackBerry? Should be showing "INACTIVE" or "DISABLED" So the device is locked. I believe we found the issue.

Settings>Security and Privacy>SIM Card> Scroll to the bottom where it says Network subset and Service provider. What does it say beside there?

The only thing I can think of is that the device is locked to Rogers. I know in your OP you state it is unlocked, but my unit is unlocked and I am with Rogers and I can change my APN settings.

Yes, no longer locked. I have no clue when 10.2 may be released. I hope soon.

Only two solutions, and none of them involve the escreen.

1. Call your carrier and ask to be bumped to BB support. I am not even sure this is an option, as I am unsure if your device is even...

Oh...sorry.

Do the escreen:// thing again, and click on "Data Services"

You should see a screen with Logical Connections (Internet/CARRIER_APPS/CARRIER_ADMIN, etc) As for what information goes...
