None of my apps can connect using the wireless radio with this build. Wi-Fi works. I can surf the web and get email though. This is on a 9700.

So will WiFi work if you have a data plan but your carrier (Rogers) doesn't offer that service?

Obviously it would require getting an unlocked BB from another carrier.

There are always unlocked phones on ebay, but those are generally only worth it if you don't have to pay tax on...

I think the problem is on Yahoo's side. I didn't have the upgraded software either.
