Once you unzip and save them into your BB's media card, on your BB (8900) device, you can install them locally. No need for OTA or Desktop Manager...

check off items that you need
alt+c or use 'Copy all checked ...'
switch to destination list
alt+v or use 'Paste copied items ...'

When the list was added to the calendar, it was using the time it was created on. That explains the event time being set to 23:15.
I have modified it so that it will now default to 5 PM....
