I have a 9550 and like it very much. The touch screen took some getting used to but I like it, batter life is good and the memory is very good. Try it at a Verizon store. It is a good phone.

I had this same issue on my Bold 9000 asnd no matter what I did I couldn't fix it. I ended up wiping the device and reloading my apps which fixed the problem and in the end it was faster than playing...
