my friend broke his z10 LCD and brought back to blackberry service center in indonesia, they changed its LCD... good service from service center here in Indonesia...

if you have check everything and it's ok, means this is bad, backup all your data and do do factory reset..

i think there must be something to do with your carrier... the official update from blackberry go through your carrier...

you can use blackberry link to reload the os 10.3 ..

i do not think there is a problem with os 10.3, my z10 is also upgrade to the lastest version.. not a problem at all...

it's easy to transfer data... just use blackberry link and follow the instructions given..

you need to unplug the media card from your old blackberry and plug it to your blackberry classic.

Search for.apk files in your samsung device.. if you are running os 10.3, just click on the .apk files, BlackBerry will install it for you

BBM is the most secure messaging compare to others like WA, it stores the information on the server... you can still backup your data in your laptop, however if it's different bbid, it won't restore...
