If you have the proper roaming plan the BlackBerry will work fine in Asia. I've been to Hong Kong several times with 9000/9700.

Keep in mind of 1 thing. BlackBerry data plan does not cover web...

The problem with cases for the Torch is the front bezel. The cover for the front bezel either interferes with the button or it falls off easily.

You want to have only 1 account per user. To create an admin with a BlackBerry add the user as you would a regular user and give the the appropriate admin role.

You don't have to do anything. As long as the mail servers are in a Domino cluster BES will failover automatically. The same way the Lotus Note client does auto failover.

The only way to repopulate old mail is to have him removed from BES, add him back to BES, then perform activation. This will not get back all his old mail, only what the server is set to send back....

If you are looking for it in the IIS wwwroot folder you are not going to find it. BAS uses Apache Web Server.

First thing to try is to restart the BAS services.

As long as you have enough memory you can run both on the same server. We do.

The only restriction with BMS is it should not be install on the same server as MDS-CS.
