Internal Antenna - still at bottom under hands?

Does anyone know for certain where the 9700 antenna is located? And do human hands still affect the signal? Thanks... :)

I don't battery pull anymore since I dumped default blackberry web browser and switched to Opera Mini... Now I just use the blackberry app "Soft Reset" when the memory leaks drop my memory to 20 meg...

I feel your pain - I'm Tmobile with an 8100 also... This might sound stupid, but, try not to hold the BlackBerry at the bottom - the antenna is at the bottom supposedly... I usually try to hold it...

I scanned my blackberry for "disk errors" with Vista and it found and corrected some... Then, after that, I noticed the photos loaded much faster... Give it a try... :)
