i used BB 7100r = 115 kbs, 8700r = 115 kbs, Treo 650 = 192.5 kbs, sony ericsson edge PCMIA card GC 83 = 217 kbs.

actually, these numbers appear on computer icon at right bottom when above...

Believe me or not BB is good for email receiving purpose but it is way behind Sony Ericsson edge GC 83 PCMIA card and Treo 650 as they open pages...

BB 8700 gave only speed of speed of 115Kbs ( same as my 7100r which do not have...
