Thanks for your input. The upgrade to 4.5 did work, so I will go back to my old company and make sure they removed me from their BES policy. They let me keep the BB when I left but may have not...

IT Policy - unable to remove lock

I have followed the instructions for Method 1 but still unable to remove the padlock. Does someone have the "policy.bin" file so that I can try Method 2, or any alternate suggestions?
