most icon screens actually show the name of the app after the icon is selected, but there is a time delay too. If there was no need to have the words that would not be necessary. why waste time...

why do I need to click a button and launch Quicklaunch in order to get a list of apps to go onscreen ? Why not have a theme that has the apps listed rather than icons ? Seems like a good idea to me!...
