New Contacts on tour Randomly deleting after minutes

hello i am having a problem with my tour.
I can enter a new person into the address book it will stay there for about 5 minutes then randomly delete.
I have tried a battery pull but do not know how...

I have the verizon tour.
i was wondeirng if there were any browser apps out that allow multiple page windows to be open at a time . Kinda like how the iphone browser works? i visit a couple pages...

No i just did a complete OS wipe ... it dident work then i look down and i have EDGE so i used it for about an hour succsefully and now it is back to GSM and i am getting the same Call failed error

Call Failed Error
