try sending yourself service books again from your provider's blackberry portal or ask the customer care to push them to your device and see if that helps and follow with a battery pull and Host...

Agree with previous post by jimfraser

1) the second vendor.xml wasn't in loader xml folder (win 7 64 bit). though like i had issues with .569 i wonder if missing out on deleting the file / files...

2 whole days+ on this one... battery life seems ok... i mean no deteriorating at least. and not faced the mic / sound profile going MUTE issue so far... too early.. but i used to have the mic issue...

BIS -> in your service provider's and blackberry's joint portal.... -> on both e-mail accounts... -> have you made sure when you click on them to configure....

right at the bottom.... sync options...

what i noticed was even though my PUSH E-Mail services, BBM everything was working my BIS Status - under Manage Connections - Service Status was showing = Not Connected.
