ATT BIS IS 2.5. RESEND YOUR SERVICE BOOK NOW AND GO TO MESSAGE LIST, DISPLAY MENU AND CHOOSE OPTION, THEN SELECT EMAIL OPTION, ENABLE THE HTML EMAIL. YOU DON'T NEED TO RESET/BATTERY PULL (y);-)
