you could try cleaning & reseating the lcd & the touch button & if it doesn't help then it may need to be replaced

A few other issues have been reported & it seems to be more on the non OS6 models, like the icon disappearing or being too large... I have a feeling that all will be sorted by the next update

I would suggest trying to get a second hand one just to test with & make sure its the camera itself. If you buy a new camera & it isnt the camera that is faulty then it would be a waste. I have come...

Have you tried a wipe using BBSAK or JLCMDER before reloading OS?
sometimes there are fragments of applications that still remain even after a reload & that can cause a problem.

If BBSAK doesn't detect your device then try wiping it with JLCMDER & reinstall OS. That should do the trick

I did it the other night......i used desktop manager to uninstall the BBM6 & installed the old one that comes with the firmware... it works fine

The only way i have ever managed to solve any of the uncaught exception errors that I have come across is by reinstalling firmware. Dont forget to do a backup of your device first.
