What would be the best way to do the software reinstallation?..,so that my phone is completeley cleared and fresh software wise?...please advise...

I've tried the settting,options method and it hasn't worked.,I'll do a software re-installation later and see if that works...thanks

Have you tried a software upgrade or just re-installing the software if you have the latest version already?
