I find it to be one of the clearest phones I have owned. If you have a decent signal the phone works well -- the other person's voice is crisp and there aren't any echo issues.

I am a Verizon user for a number of reasons and am basically "stuck" with them. Since I can't switch providers (and cannot unlock an iPhone to work on Verizon) I got the next best thing.
