I get lots of spam on an account that comes in on the BlackBerry, so I like to delete the messages on the device, and when I download to Outlook, those messages don't come down. This has worked well...

Yes, I'd resend the service books from the BIS web site of your carrier. If that fails, you can delete the account (if it's still in the list) and add it again. Maybe that will do it.
