Did the battery pull and sync.
The contacts that I entered into Outlook earlier this evening are still not syncing to my BB.
Not sure what else to try?

Update just finished. The screen has a picture of my phone and it seems to be locked there. Should I be worried about shutting it down and pulling the battery.

Yes, I use the desktop manager. I haven't experienced any issues in the past, but lately and new contact I enter into Outlook does not sync.
I'm in the process of downloading the updated bundle...

Has anyone been able to sync contacts and/or calendar using Outlook 2010 64 bit version.
I just called Verizon and they say it's not compatible at this time per their upper level support directive....

I uninstalled and reinstalled 6.18

Radio turned off. Can't send SMS text.

Tried to send an SMS text message this morning. 8330 said radio is off, will only save draft. I've never gotten this message before.

My BB just stopped receiving emails the last couple of hours. I just went to my laptop and I've got numerous emails.

I just sent myself a text from my wife's phone, and it went through just fine....
