I can´t because it says that first it needs to register with the network... and the BB is not registering with it. I will need to go to CS to see if the removed the BB from their systems.

I think I will need to go the customer service again because I think maybe the registered the BB wrong in their system and thats why the BB does not register with the network.

I have my 9700 since January and I have been updating the OS every time a new one comes out, but I think every time I load a new OS the BB takes more to boot up!.

I deleted the service book but the Blackberry...
