Mine doesn't have a hard-reset button. I pressed alt-cap-del twice. Same effect when I remove and reinsert the battery. You'll know it's a hard-reset when the device checks its security software on...

Using a 7290. Has anyone else encountered this? Handheld has been pretty sluggish lately, even when I don't run anything in the background. Wireless sync is only activated for messages and calendar....
