Exclamation Wiped phone twice, apps are STILL on it

So i couldnt make any phone calls or get on the net for a few hours earlier so i called Sprint. The guy had me wipe my phone twice becuase provisioning didnt work, taking the battery out didnt work...

I dont have outlook. How sure are you about having to have the appointments on google first? and if thats the case then theres no reason for me to sync my calendars then since i only use the BB one...
