Yes they do, the labels on the inside of the device show the PIN, "status" shows the PIN and device info from the Blackberry master control program also shows the same PIN.

I have 3 of 7 new 8820 users saying that their devices are switching to an input language of arabic up to a couple of times per day... all of them know how to switch it back, but it is annoying....

I'm not sure about Verizon but with Cingular you can just login to your BIS account, click on the email account and then click "edit" you can change your auto signature there.

Go to settings, options, SMS text and make sure that the network to send over is set to GSM.
