ATT is my cellphone carrier but I have no ATT email address which I know about, other than the one for which they send me notifications about payments etc. But that is not an ATT account but my own...

I only have AT&T as my mobile carrier. I do not use any e-mail accounts from my Torch 9810, and I do not even know if I have an AT&T Yahoo e-mail account simply because AT&T is my mobile carrier....

I contacted AT&T but got conflicting information from them, First they claimed that I was not getting texts from websites because of some previous Blackberry Inbox, which they no longer support....

I do not have another "device". I will contact the carrier (AT&T), although they are enormously difficult to get an intelligent answer from, and see if they know anything.

I now understand that the memory is the microSD extra media memory and I just transfer this memory, along with the Sim chip, from my old device to my new device as part of the switching process.
