downgrade os

how can I downgrade from os 4.6.0.369 to a lower version of os 4.6.0.365. The program simply denies to perform any function when I try to use the loader. Im really getting nuts. :x

WiFi Problem

I have put in the IP, Gateway address manually. But there is no profile for VPN. Cannot connect to the server whenever tried to connect to the wifi. Any solutions?
