Bridge is missing a number of features still. About the only thing you can do is remotely control the PB screen including typing, touchscreen, and presenter (slides). I didn't have an older device...

Skype preview from BB world works fine on the Z10 with the 10.1 update.
Whether the PB will get BB10 remains to be seen. Somewhat controversial at the moment.
