What I was trying to say is, how do you chose which of the three to use? From what you indicated there is a speed/battery drain trade-off for each.

I assume 3G is only for WiFi which VZ 9530 does...

Blue(tooth) notification LED

Maybe I'm real slow to learn, but I just realized that the notification LED on my 8703e changes from red blink to alternate red/blue blink when synced up w/ bluetooth device - how cool is that!
