I don't know what it does exactly, but fact is, that it's now working.

Hello all,

Just sitting outside and waiting for GPS connection did NOT help.
However, after performing a GPS-Device test it now seems to work fine.
Go to Options -> Device -> Device and Status...

Hi Mark,

Yes, i did try this... no improvement at all :(
My USB-Post has no problems powering harddrives and similar device, so I really don't think this is a problem.

I set up a completely clean new XP SP2 on a spare Lenovo T61 notebook.
It powers my camera, the iphone and some other peripherals via USB at the same time, so this shouldn't...

Yes, I did try a hardreset, but this didn't change anything.

The battery had been charged and was still around 70% when I started the upgrade.
